RUNWILD — CHAOS OVER CSM
Central Saint Martins presents RUNWILD, this year's RESET spectacle where students unleash their untamed potential. Turning the runway into a theatrical display that humorously critiques Central Saint Martins’ voyeuristic gaze of the fashion world and embodies its unruly atmosphere.
Made entirely of Ultrasuede whose fabrics are 100% plant-based, RUNWILD garments showcase sustainability with high-fashion design. Collaborating alongside L’Oréal Professional, LMB, and Elis, this highly anticipated event takes place on Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at Central Saint Martins - The Street.
Likened to exotic animals in the weeks leading up to the show, students’ creative habitats are glimpsed through animal cameras. Buzzing sewing machines, corridors piled with fabrics; busts ornamented with drapes. After tireless months of meticulous sewing, cutting, and making, these garments are freed into the wild.
Witnessing herds of models break free in a frenzy shatters the limits of the runway. This diatribe of rebellion is a nod to the daring spirit and raw creativity that follows Central Saint Martins’ ethos.

Renowned for producing some of the fashion industry’s most influential talents, Central Saint Martins is a globally recognised hub of innovation. With RUNWILD, first-year BA Fashion students are given the freedom to realise their creative madness through an all-white look. Simultaneously, first year Fashion Communication students organise the runway, offering a new interpretation of the annual RESET show, previously known as the White Show.
